Refunds

Our plants have an extended guarantee of 14 days from delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund after that time, and will only provide a refund if the plant or hard good is damaged upon delivery.  To request a refund due to damage, please send a request to support@livetrendsdesign.com.  Please include your name, order number and attach a picture(s) of the damaged good(s) to your email.  Proof of damage is required to process your request.
